Head Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo)
Lead our stone-fired pizza kitchen with expertise and creativity. You'll be responsible for crafting our signature pizzana recipes, training junior kitchen staff, maintaining quality standards, and developing seasonal menu specials. This is a senior culinary role requiring deep passion for authentic Neapolitan technique.
Front-of-House Manager
Oversee the complete guest experience from arrival to departure. You'll manage the front-of-house team, handle reservations, coordinate with the kitchen during peak service, and ensure every guest leaves delighted. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality management experience and a natural talent for leading teams with warmth and efficiency.
Server / Waitstaff
Be the face of Pizzana for our guests. You'll take orders, deliver exceptional table service, share your knowledge of our menu and daily specials, and ensure a smooth, memorable dining experience. We welcome candidates who are personable, reliable, and passionate about great food — prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Delivery Driver
Bring the Pizzana experience directly to our customers' doors. You'll safely and efficiently deliver orders across Dallas neighborhoods, represent our brand with professionalism, and ensure every order arrives hot and on time. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and knowledge of the Dallas area are required.
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help tell the Pizzana story across digital channels. You'll create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, manage community interactions, run promotional campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. If you love food, storytelling, and data-driven creativity — this role was made for you.
